After registration, you will receive a confirmation email from our team confirming that your account has been activated.


For each product, the minimum purchase quantity is 3 pieces per item ( independently of size or colour). 

The minimum order amount is €300 excluding TAX. 

ORDER PROCEDURE:

• Click "ACCOUNT" section located on the top right. If you are already a customer, click on "SIGN IN" and enter your credentials, otherwise click on "CREATE AN ACCOUNT" to register.
• Choose and add the desired products to the shopping cart. Once finished, click "CART" and then "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT" to conclude the order.
• Lumina staff will check the availability of the selected products, which will be communicated to the customer via Whatsapp. Should you be missing any selected products, you can add or change your order via Whatsapp or video call.

Shipping to Italy - For orders of amount equal or higher than €400,00 TAX excluded, shipping is free. Otherwise the shipping cost is €20,00 TAX excluded, with BRT ITALIA.

Shipping to Europe - For orders whose amount is equal or higher than €600,00 TAX excluded, shipping is free. (excluding European islands). Otherwise the shipping cost is €35,00 TAX excluded, with GLS EUROPA or BRT EUROPA. 

IMPORTANT: We would like to remind our customers that the availability of items in our warehouse cannot be guaranteed during the promotion period. 
Discounts will only be applied on the dates specified without exception.

We accept credit/debit cards belonging to the Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro circuits. Security is extremely important to us, so we want your information to be encrypted and secure.

We take the risk of hacker attacks and possible fraud, so all credit and debit card payments are subject to validation and authorisation by both you and your credit institution.

Payments will be processed by the Nexi XPay platform which always guarantee the highest level of security for online transactions. The systems offer the following levels of security: 

• Solution use the SSL-TLS cryptographic protocols, the 3D Secure procedure and CVV2 security codes.
• It is PCI-DSS compliant.
• It provides an advanced system for real-time fraud prevention.

IMPORTANT: When the customer makes a payment by credit/debit card, the payment  remains pending.
 LUMINA have five working days to accept the payment within five days the amount will be automatically credited back to the customer.

In the case of differences respect to the order placed by the customer, LUMINA will only account for the amount of the goods available. The difference will be automatically credited back to the customer's card.

Your order will be processed in 1-3 working days. 

Italy: 

○  Free shipping in Italy for the orders of €400.00 or above, excluding TAX. 

○  For orders lower than €400.00 excluding TAX, the courier must be chosen by the customer before final closure of the invoice.
    Shipping costs will be charged to the customer. The customer can choose the option offered by our website, or use general courier.

EU - European Union:

○  Free shipping in European Union countries for the orders of €600.00 or above, excluding TAX.*
○  For orders less than €600.00 excluding TAX, the courier must be chosen by the customer before final closure of the invoice.
    Shipping costs will be charged to the customer. The customer can choose the options offered on our website, or use general
    courier.

 
* For European islands as: Malta, Cyprus, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Greek Islands, etc., free shipping is not available. 

Other non-EU countries:
The courier must be notified by the customer before closing and sending the invoice. Shipping costs is charged to the customer.

The customer can choose the best offer for himself and his company, evaluating the best logistics solutions on the market.

DELIVERY TIMES:
Italy: 2-3 working days

Europe: 6-12 working days

IMPORTANT: We would like to remind our customers that if the invoice amount is less than € 600 excluding TAX in Europe, the courier must be notified before final closure of the invoice relating to the order, otherwise LUMINA will ship by CARRIAGE FORWARD using own reference courier: ALBINI for Europe.
If you choose CARRIAGE FORWARD, LUMINA will not be responsible for any shipping costs that may be applied by the courier service.

LUMINA's return policy requires that the items to be returned, are carefully checked before forward the return request to our customer service. It’s possible to return a damaged item no later than 15 days from the date of receipt of the order. After which date LUMINA will not accept returns.

LUMINA reserves the right to accept or refuse faulty goods according to their actual condition. Garments without identification tags and washed products will not be accepted.

LUMINA does not exchange goods for incorrect purchase, change of colour or size by the customer.

Shipping costs for the return of defective goods will be costumer responsibility.

LUMINA will exchange the returned goods for goods of the same price value, or will give a credit for the future orders.
In any case LUMINA will not refund the amount of the defective goods in cash.
